– Involvement in all phases of the development cycle
– Active participation in planning meetings
– Implement new features according to specifications
– Write unit/functional or integration tests and perform unit testing
– Code review for other team members
– Automate the maintenance work with the development tools
Must have
– Able to collaborate and communicate with multiple teams and stakeholders
– 5+ years of JAVA experience in application development from medium to large complex application
– Experience with Unix and Shell Scripting
– Experience using development tools and systems such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus
– Experience and good understanding in SOAP API, JMS, WAS
– Experience and good understanding in continuous methodologies: Continuous Integration(CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), Continuous Delivery (CD) is added advantage.
– Ability to troubleshoot problem tickets/defects and provide a fix within SLA’s
– Good documentation skills; Skilled in creating diagrams to lay down ideas and workflows
Nice to have
– Experience in SDLC/Agile methodology is added advantage
